For customer who haven’t received your license
We have encounter this problem many times.
1 Some customers’ email address can’t receive email with attachment. This is easy to solve, we will send an email with only plain text asking for another email address.
2 Some mail server will reject our email from our mail account. This we can also solve. We can send the license by different mail address from different server.
3 Some user give us an email in purchase, but waiting the license in other email. This truly happened. We hope you will give us the email address you want the license to be sent to.
4 Yesterday, we encounter more difficult to solve a problem. We tried all method to send the license, but all were rejected. Then we called the phone number but failed to connect. We don’t know why, I can’t imagine there’s so serious problems in the network, both internet and telephone. We hope this customer could contact us soon.
