Paypal account recovered

Just received a letter from Paypal, my account has been recovered.
Yesterday I sent a copy of my ID card and visa as they required, it’s very fast of their service.
But I still protest that they have not right to pause my Paypal account last days, I guess it’s a part of the internet censorship imposed by the government recently.
Thank gods, it’s recovered, I will reactivate payment via Paypal soon.
